SHIPPING METHODS & CHARGES
We can ship International orders only upon request. Bones Bizzness can and upon request currently serves customers and ships to Canada, Japan and Great Britain. If your destination is not listed above, please send us an email at info@bonesbizzness.com and our Customer Service will help you determine whether we can deliver to your international location and estimated shipping cost. To keep shipping cost low for our international customers, we suggest making a list of several items and making one purchase versus making several small purchases. There are additional charges and fees associated with international orders. We try our best to charge the lowest possible shipping cost to our international customers for standard orders which do not include large, bulky items such as dog furniture. We will notify you of the additional shipping charge prior to shipping your order. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.
Additional Custom Fees, Import Taxes, and other fees may also be charged by Canadian government.You will be billed by our international common carrier, DHL, for such fees.Please do not hesitate to contact us for an estimate of these fees prior to placing an order.

We Ship Anywhere Within The Continental US
Bones Bizzness ships to all lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the U.S. Please provide a reliable, physical address to accept your package delivery. We do not ship to Army Post Offices (APO) or Fleet Post Offices (FPOs) at this time.
Most Orders Ship Same Day
Most Bones Bizzness products ship out from our warehouse on the same day - at the latest 48 hours. Exceptions include most Dog Beds and Dog Tags (usually 3-7 days) usually takes several days to reach your door, Personalized items such as dog tags (usually 2-3 weeks) and Personalized Dog Collars (also 2-3 weeks). If your order contains multiple products from different manufacturers, your order may ship in multiple parcels. These packages may arrive on different days. Note that certain products we carry are made to order by the designer and may take up to 1-2 weeks.

Our shipping and handling charges are simple. The following shipping rates will apply to your order.
Order Tracking
Once we process your order and ship out your order, we will send an order confirmation email to you with your common carrier shipment or order tracking number which provides the status of your shipment and estimated date and time of delivery. Items may arrive earlier than indicated. If the shipment has not arrived after the indicated delivery date, please contact the common carrier with your shipment or order tracking number to obtain delivery status on your order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We do our best to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Most parcels reach their destination promptly and without incident. However, sometimes a parcel is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. All parcels shipped are insured by the common carrier for full merchandise value. We are not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Please contact the common carrier used (information will be in your order confirmation email) to file a claim.
Oversize & Large Packages
Oversize items (larger pet carriers, pet strollers, pet furniture) will have an additional oversize shipping fee. As shipping cost vary significantly by zip code (USA), country, and size of package, the shipping fee charged during Check Out is based on standard packages less than 6 lbs. After your shipment is packed and we know the exact shipping cost, we will notify you for approval of any additional fees prior to charging your card and ship out. This helps us streamline our shipping process and keeps shipping cost low and reasonable for all customers.
We Ship Via USPS, UPS & FedEx
Bones Bizzness ships via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail), UPS Ground and/or Federal Express Ground. Bones Bizzness will select the appropriate carrier to deliver your package(s), depending on your order’s contents, weight, size and destination. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All items will be traceable and insured for your protection. We do not accept C.O.D.
Where’s My Stuff?
Most orders ship within 48 hours, however it is not unusual for a large order to ship within 3-7 business days. Don’t worry, your order is important to us and we are working to ship it out as soon as possible! If any item is back ordered, we will contact you via e-mail to let you know your options. You will receive an official shipping notification via e-mail as soon as your order ships. If online tracking is available for your order, we will also include a tracking number with your shipping notification. If you have not received a shipping notification within 7-10 business days, please Contact Us for more information. We are here to help, and we respond to most e-mails within 1 business day.
Canceling Your Order Before It Ships
Change your mind? No problem. You may cancel any order, provided it has not shipped. Please note that we charge a $5 processing fee to cover our transaction costs on cancelled orders. The fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders cancelled after shipment may be returned for store credit, as detailed in our Returns Policy.
Non-deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders
Packages returned to Bones Bizzness as non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed for any reason will be processed as a standard return. You may review our Returns Policy for more information.
Sales Tax and Other Fees
BonesBizzness.com shall automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax of 7.25% for orders to be delivered to addresses within California, including state and local sales taxes. International customers are responsible for all applicable export taxes, custom fees, and other fees related to their order.
